When will I receive my order?
Orders are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse using Australia Post.
*Delays may occur due to extended COVID-19 restrictions, limited flights, and high parcel volumes.
We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused, we will endeavour to get your order out to you ASAP.

Standard shipping orders are dispatched within 48 hours (Monday-Friday, except public holidays). Orders will arrive 2-5 business days after dispatch.
Express Post orders are dispatched within 24 hours (Monday-Friday, except public holidays). Orders will arrive 1-2 business days after dispatch.
Express Post orders placed before 1pm (Monday-Friday, except public holidays) will qualify for Next Business Day Delivery to designated areas.

Please note shipments to remote areas may take an additional 1-3 business days.
It is your obligation to ensure delivery address details are correct. Additional shipping fees will be charged to re-direct or re-send your order.
What are the delivery costs?
Standard delivery is a $10.00 flat rate Australia-wide
Express delivery rate is calculated based on size, weight and location of your order.
How does Store Pick work?
Store Pick Up is available from Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. (except Public Holidays)
Orders can be collected one hour after ordering.
Order placed after 2 p.m. will be available to pick up from 9 a.m. the following business day.

How do I qualify for Free Delivery?
If you spend $50 (after discount) or more online we will pay for your standard shipping (not Express) within Australia. This amount will be automatically discounted at checkout.
Who will deliver my order?
Your order will be dispatched by either Australia Post or Toll Logistics, depending on your location and the weight and size of the order.
Can I send an order to a friend?
Absolutely! It costs the same to deliver to a friend or family member at a different address within Australia.
Enter their address as the Ship To address and your address as the Billing Address in the Payment section. We will then send the receipt to you and not your friend.
What if my address is unattended at the time of delivery?
To guarantee the safety of your parcel, all orders require a signature on delivery. If you are not home, the parcel will be taken to your nearest Post Office.
