Bean Alliance Group is a proud ambassador of the 'Give 52' project raising $52,000 to fund the Go Girls Work Ready Program. 

What is the Go Girls Give 52 Project?

The Go Girls Give 52 project is a 10 week campaign beginning on Sunday the 1^st of August and ends on Friday the 8^th of October. Our goal as a 52 Go Girl Ambassador is to sell 100 calico tote bags, raising $52,000 dollars in 10 weeks.

Within in these 10 weeks, our aim is to connect with as many individuals and communities both far and wide. As part of this Go Girl Give 52 campaign, funds raised will go towards the Go Girl Work Ready Program 2022. This will change the lives of 20 women.

What does the Go Girls Foundation do?

The Go Girls Foundation assists long-term unemployed women to become work ready, allowing for a more independent life. Women who have experienced domestic violence move towards independence, while migrant women who face social isolation engage in their community and women who experience homelessness overcome their circumstances.

$52,000 raised from this campaign will fully fund the Go Girls Foundation Five Month Work Ready Program in 2022. The program has a strong emphasis on positive psychology and develops practical job skills and industry links for all participants.

The program will support 20 long term unemployed women who will gain a stronger sense of self and have more control of their life. As a result, children, families and communities will be influenced in a positive way.

The outcomes of the past programs are: approximately 20% of the women become enrolled in a course of study, while 20% of the women find part-time or casual employment and 50% of the women secure sustainable full-time employment.
